These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LLC Playwithzeus ("PlaywithZeus", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be 18 years or older to access or use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If the laws in your location require a higher minimum age for simulated casino-style games, you must meet that higher age.

2) Points-only simulation (No Real Money / No Cashout)

PlaywithZeus is a points-only social casino simulation for entertainment and education. The Service does not involve real-money gambling.

No deposits
No withdrawals
No cashout
No prizes, gifts, or rewards with real-world value

Nothing in the Service can be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into money or items/services of real-world value.

3) Virtual Points have no monetary value

Any points, XP, levels, badges, rankings, and tournament results ("Virtual Items") exist only inside the Service and are provided for entertainment. Virtual Items are not money, not a bank product, and not a financial instrument.

Virtual Items are non-transferable (you may not sell, trade, gift, or assign them).
Virtual Items may be reset, adjusted, or removed to protect fairness, integrity, or operations.
You do not own Virtual Items; you receive a limited permission to use them within the Service.

4) Not a real-money gambling service

The Service may simulate casino-style mechanics (for example, spins, odds, RNG outcomes). This is strictly a simulation. We do not operate a cash redemption system, do not provide payout, and do not offer real-world prizes.

5) Compliance with local laws and restricted access

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is permitted by the laws and regulations in your location. If the Service is restricted or prohibited where you are located, you must not use it.

You must not use tools or methods to bypass geographic, age, or access restrictions.
We may block, limit, or suspend access where required by law or policy.

6) Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage may result in restrictions.

7) Fair play and acceptable use (no abuse, automation, exploits)

The Service is designed for recreational simulation and self-control practice. You agree not to misuse the Service.

No bots, scripts, macros, automation, scraping, or artificial gameplay.
No exploitation of bugs, loopholes, or unintended mechanics.
No reverse-engineering, decompiling, tampering, or bypassing security.
No disruption (spam, abuse, denial-of-service, interference with other users).

If you discover a vulnerability, report it via Contact. Do not exploit it.

8) Tournaments, leaderboards, and recognition only

Tournaments, badges, rankings, and leaderboards are for status and recognition within the Service only. They do not provide real-world prizes or anything of real-world value.

9) Self-control tools and responsible play

We provide self-control tools (for example, limits, pauses, and self-exclusion) to support healthier usage. You are responsible for your decisions and behavior.

10) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to PlaywithZeus and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable permission to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11) Service availability, updates, and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, tournaments, and Virtual Items. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

12) Disclaimers (as-is)

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes, rankings, or that Virtual Items will be preserved. For additional boundaries see Disclaimer.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaywithZeus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

14) Termination and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service in an abusive or unfair way. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15) Privacy

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
